Greeter / Facilitator – Join Our Team!

Do you love meeting new people and creating a welcoming experience? We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized Greeter/Facilitator to be the first point of contact for our guests.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and positive attitude
  • Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed
  • Monitor Entry and Exit of Business
  • Check for receipts for paid merchandise
  • Point of contact for staff in event of theft
  • Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally
  • Support team members with special events, promotions, or daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and observation skills
  • Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
