What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with leadership to execute growth strategies and identify new opportunities
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and vehicle acquisition initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Recruit, mentor, and develop future sales leaders
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first visit to final delivery

- Strong knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicle operations
