Your Role:

As our Sales & Operations Associate, you will be the go-to expert for clients on their journey to purchasing their ideal fitness, health & wellness products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional assistance to clients in selecting fitness goods that fit their needs.
  • Collaborating with the service team to coordinate service calls and organize warranty claims with manufacturers.
  • Conducting inventory maintenance, including regular counts, to ensure stock availability.
  • Developing and maintaining an organized lead management system to consistently grow sales through a strong pipeline.
  • Merchandising and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment and attractive product displays.
  • Executing sales follow-ups, and maintaining a tidy customer database for marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting and organizing off-site sales events, including trade shows and road show sale events, to boost brand visibility and sales.

  • Experience: 1+ years in sales, with previous fitness equipment sales experience seen as a valuable asset.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively both as an individual and within a team.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve sales targets and excel in a competitive environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends.
  • Tech-Proficient: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the capability to learn new software, including our POS, project management, and supplier ordering platforms.
