Full job description

Fire Wing Station is looking to hire an enthusiastic cashier and kitchen hand for our new and upcoming restaurant in Markham near Boxgrove By-pass and 14th Avenue.

  • Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Multi-tasking between taking customer orders and fulfilling order requirements
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and listening skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Food service industry experience is an asset, but will train on how to use POS systems and other duties such as clean up and handling order fulfillment
