Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our team. As a Parts Person, you will be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and providing parts to support our valued customers & operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Source and procure parts from various suppliers and vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, tracking orders, and managing inventory
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to meet specific requirements
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement

Skills:
- Strong sourcing and procurement skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Mechanical knowledge to understand part specifications and compatibility
- Familiarity with dealership parts operations is advantageous
- Proficient in data entry and utilizing computer systems for inventory management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
