Food Production Worker

What You'll Be Doing

As a Food Production Worker, you'll help manufacture, package, and ship our natural food and healthy lifestyle products.

Production & Packaging

  • Weigh and package products accurately
  • Label bottles, containers, and shipping boxes
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and production areas
  • Wash dishes and production tools
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Remove garbage and recycling
  • Assist team members with production tasks as needed

Shipping & Receiving

  • Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment
  • Create shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Receive and organize incoming deliveries and materials
  • Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

Qualifications

  • Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset
  • Previous food handling, production, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is an asset
  • Experience with shipping software or inventory systems is considered an asset
  • We welcome all experience levels and will train the right person
  • Reliable transportation is required, as our workplace is not accessible by public transit

Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a production environment
