Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales, Marketing & Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role involves managing customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and overseeing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with accounting software, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial analysis. Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts through data entry, account reconciliation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and follow-up on overdue payments using accounting software such as QuickBooks, TMS systems.
- Support sales efforts by coordinating marketing campaigns and assisting with lead generation activities.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks related to accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends or discrepancies and recommend appropriate actions.
- Maintain excellent customer service through professional phone etiquette and prompt responses to client inquiries.
- Assist with account reconciliation processes to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilize negotiation skills when discussing payment terms or resolving billing issues with clients.
- Support the finance team with general data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- CRM experience
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general accounting principles.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation processes.
- Effective negotiation skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for customer interactions.
- Familiarity with financial services industry practices is a plus.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Basic math skills necessary for account analysis and reconciliation tasks.
- Prior experience in sales support or marketing coordination is desirable but not required. This role is integral to maintaining smooth financial operations while supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. Pay: $39,310.69-$50,000.00 per year
