Senior Account Executive
Compensation: Base salary $60,000 to $90,000 per year plus commission on every deal (30% to 60% of retainer value closed)

About the Role

GrowME Marketing is hiring a Senior Account Executive to help us win new clients and lead high-value sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers.

This is a full-cycle B2B sales role. You will lead discovery calls, understand business problems, present GrowME’s solutions, manage follow-up, and close new business.

When qualified opportunities are available, your focus will be consultation, proposal, follow-up, and closing.

When the calendar is lighter, you will also support business development through targeted prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, referral development, and follow-up with ideal-fit businesses.

This is not a junior sales role. We are looking for someone who can sell, think strategically, follow up properly, and be trusted with serious opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery and strategy calls with prospective clients
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and revenue opportunities
  • Present GrowME’s services clearly and confidently
  • Manage proposals and follow-up
  • Move deals through the pipeline
  • Close new business
  • Prospect when inbound lead flow is lighter
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates
  • Help improve the sales process as we grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong consultative selling ability
  • Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, consulting, professional services, or another high-value B2B solution
  • Confidence speaking with owners, founders, executives, and decision-makers
  • Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable prospecting when needed
  • Ability to understand business problems and connect them to solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • CRM experience

Marketing agency or advertising agency experience is strongly preferred.

  • Prefer transactional sales over consultative selling
  • Are looking for a basic sales support role

What Success Looks Like

In the first 30 days, you will learn GrowME’s services, offers, pricing, case studies, sales process, and proposal structure.

By 60 days, you should be leading discovery conversations, managing follow-up, contributing to proposals, and moving opportunities forward.

By 90 days, you should be able to run full sales conversations, manage your own pipeline, close new business, and show that you can be trusted with serious revenue opportunities.

Growth Path

This role has real growth potential.

The right person can grow into a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, or senior sales leadership role as GrowME continues to scale.

Compensation

This role includes a competitive base salary plus commission.

Final compensation will depend on experience, sales ability, and fit.
