Owner-Operator and Company (AZ Driver) – Highway / Cross-Border

Capital Southern Transportation is currently looking for experienced AZ Owner-Operators to join our growing team. If you’re a professional driver who takes pride in safety, reliability, and customer service—we want to work with you.

What We Offer

Pay Structure

  • Pay by the mile

  • Bonus for Clean DOT/MOT inspections

What You Bring

  • Valid AZ License
  • Minimum 3+ years highway driving experience
  • Clean CVOR & abstract, CRC
  • Ability to cross the border (FAST card an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of HOS (Canada & U.S.)
  • Professional attitude and communication
  • Well-maintained tractor - Must pass pre-qualification inspection
