Full job description

Omega Food Importers is a recognized industry leader specializing in importing European foods to Canada.

We are currently looking for a full time Office Administrator.

This role will be based out of our Mississauga location.

The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Printing orders and inputting data into the system
  • Entering and maintaining product information in our system (including but not limited to, price, quantity, product information, order details, vendor and customer information)
  • Answering phone calls and handling correspondence
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Creating presentations and communicating inventory and price changes to the sales team
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficient in English language (full proficiency in reading, writing, listening and speaking required)
  • Proficient in Polish language (full proficiency in reading, writing, listening and speaking required)
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • 2 years or more of data entry/office admin experience
