The Role

You run the market.

Your job is to take fully prepared projects and turn them into completed roofs - safely, on time, and at a high standard.

You manage crews, scheduling, and field execution. If something goes wrong on site, you own the solution.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the local install calendar and crew scheduling
  • Dispatch crews daily with clear scope and materials
  • Oversee job sites and ensure work is completed to standard
  • Verify scope, materials, and execution before and during installs
  • Enforce quality control and final job sign-off
  • Handle field issues and escalate updates internally
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth operations
  • Track crew performance, timecards, and job completion

Pay: $56,087.10-$148,949.97 per year
