About Us

Aisling Baile is a fast-growing short-term rental property management company serving the Columbia Valley and Calgary.

In plain English? We manage vacation homes, take care of the chaos, keep owners happy, make guests feel spoiled, and somehow keep hundreds of moving parts from flying off the rails.

We are not your average property management company. We are busy, growing fast, and full of people who care a lot about doing great work — while still having a good time along the way.

We believe work should be rewarding, people should feel appreciated, and no one should have to survive on bad coffee and corporate nonsense.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to help keep our daily operations organized, moving, and under control.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves a good checklist, can stay calm when everyone else is spinning, and gets a weird amount of satisfaction from making sure things actually get done.

You will be the person helping review tasks, assign them to the right teams, follow up, track progress, and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

Basically, you help keep the machine running — without needing to wear a cape. Although honestly, some days it may feel like you deserve one.

Prior experience in hospitality, administration, operations, property management, or project coordination is great, but not required. We care more about who you are, how you think, and whether you can handle a busy day without losing your mind.

You Might Be Our Person If You Are

Highly organized and maybe even a little obsessed with details.

Calm under pressure and able to prioritize without turning into a tornado.

A strong communicator who can work with different personalities and departments.

Comfortable making decisions and solving problems without needing your hand held all day.

Tech-savvy and quick to figure out new software, systems, and tools.

Reliable, accountable, and the kind of person who follows through.

Proactive instead of waiting around to be told what to do.

Someone who takes pride in doing things properly, not just quickly.

Not afraid of a busy day, a full inbox, or a task list that looks slightly dramatic.

Our Values

Customer Experience
Guests are the reason we do what we do. We want them to walk into our properties and feel like someone actually cared before they arrived — because we did.

Pride
We take pride in the little things, the big things, and the things no one else may notice but still matter.

Accountability
We own our work. We communicate. We follow through. We do not disappear into the mist when things get busy.

Kindness
We are nice because life is better that way. We expect our team members to treat guests, owners, and each other with respect — even on the spicy days.

A Day in the Life

Your days may include:

Reviewing and triaging incoming operational tasks.

Assigning work to the right departments based on urgency, priority, and scheduling.

Following up to make sure tasks are completed properly and on time.

Communicating with department leads to keep workloads organized.

Keeping an eye out for delays, missed details, or things that need to be escalated.

Managing guest-related chargebacks, including damages, additional cleaning fees, house-rule violations, and other applicable charges.

Documenting chargebacks clearly and accurately.

Helping spot bottlenecks and finding ways to make our systems smoother.

Supporting the operations team with administrative tasks as needed.

Using company software and systems to keep everything organized, updated, and not living in someone’s memory.

What We Offer

Full training.

A fun, supportive team environment.

Company events, team meet-ups, and our famous end-of-year bash.

A growing company with real opportunities to move up.

A workplace where hard work is noticed and appreciated.

The chance to be part of a team that is building something pretty awesome.

Benefits

Dental care.

Extended health care.

Life insurance.

Applicants Must Have

A valid driver’s licence.

A reliable vehicle with insurance.

A smartphone.

A great attitude.

A willingness to jump in, problem-solve, and do what needs to be done.

A strong dislike for the phrase “good enough.”

A Friendly Warning

This job is not for someone who cuts corners, avoids responsibility, or looks at a half-finished task and thinks, “Meh, close enough.”

We care about quality. We care about our guests. We care about our homeowners. And we really care about building a team of people who give a damn.

We are looking for someone with heart, hustle, common sense, and the ability to keep things moving when the day gets wild.

If you like structure, teamwork, problem-solving, and being part of a company that is growing fast, we want to hear from you.

If you require a slow, quiet, predictable day every day… this probably is not your dream job.

But if you are the kind of person who can handle the chaos, laugh a little, and still get things done — you might fit right in.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Dental care
  • Disability insurance
  • Extended health care
  • Life insurance
