The Opportunity

We're hiring a full-time Information Technology Analyst I at our Saskatoon office. This mid-level role focuses on helpdesk support, along with infrastructure management, supporting two offices. Training is available, but candidates with five or more years of IT Helpdesk experience working in a law firm, and a strong knowledge of networking and systems infrastructure are preferred. Must be available, as needed, to work after hours & weekends, including emergency work.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3-5 Years in the IT Helpdesk Role supporting > 100 end users
  • Cisco CCNA and/or Fortinet NSE qualifications
  • Experience with Endpoint management, cloud-based systems
  • Operating Systems: Windows (workstation and server), Linux, macOS, Android and iOS
  • Security focused complemented by working knowledge
  • Excellent understanding of Change Management and Process documentation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Legal sector
