Job Summary

Tree service technician with experience with tree climbing, bucket truck and Ariel work. Understanding of tree care services, including pruning, trimming, and removing trees. use bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other equipment to access and work on trees. Responsibilities

  • Tree care: Perform tree care activities, such as pruning, trimming, and removing trees
  • Equipment operation: Operate and maintain bucket trucks, chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment
  • Safety: Ensure that all work is done safely and complies with safety standards
  • Customer service: Ensure that clients receive high-quality service
  • Training: Provide training and mentorship to team members with what experience you have
  • Paperwork: Complete all necessary paperwork, such as time sheets and project notes

Qualifications

  • Experience climbing trees and using bucket trucks
  • Experience with tree care safety standards
  • Knowledge of tree and shrub species
  • Ability to operate chainsaws and other equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • ISA Certified Arborist certification is a plus
  • Dz license is a plus
  • Hydro certification/ understanding of working near hydro is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
