The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, who is flexible, has a positive attitude, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is self-motivated and places a high value on customer service.
High importance will be placed on the ability to work cooperatively with others as well as independently, with minimum supervision.
Animal Hospital of High Park is both a companion animal and avian/exotic practice. Previous experience with avians and exotics is an asset but we are willing to train the perfect candidate on the job.
- Shifts: Morning/Evening shifts and every other weekend
- 32-40 hours per week

Job duty:
- Maintaining booking schedule and organizing flow of appointments
- Respond to email inquiries in timely manner
- Maintaining cleanliness of all client facing areas in the hospital
- Effectively triage all patients when they arrive
- Create warm and welcoming environment for all clients and patients
- Proficient in computer skills and phone etiquette
- Billing and processing payments
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients at all times
