Full job description

Millennium III Group of Companies, a western Canadian based real estate investment firm located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is seeking a dynamic individual for the full-time position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate a multi-line phone system to answer, screen and forward calls, and provide information
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Produce and assemble client packages and marketing materials
  • Assist with the coordination and planning of company events
  • Coordinate with outside service providers and vendors on a variety of office and company needs
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Skills:

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in an office setting
  • Excellent MS Office skills with an intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong work ethic, “can-do” approach, and positive team attitude
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating as part of a team
  • Able to work additional hours as required during peak periods
  • Desire to grow and expand skills, taking on increasing duties and responsibilities over time
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is considered an asset
