Full job description

Xtreme Security Inc. is hiring dependable, professional security guards to join our team in Norman Wells. These are permanent positions with steady shifts, for people who take pride in being a visible, reliable presence on site.

What you’ll do

  • Provide a professional, visible security presence at your assigned site
  • Patrol the premises and monitor for safety or security concerns
  • Control access and greet visitors, staff and contractors courteously
  • Write clear incident reports and daily activity logs
  • Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents, following site procedures

What we’re looking for

  • A valid security worker licence (required)
  • Open availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • A professional attitude, with a neat appearance and strong communication skills
  • Reliability: you show up on time and follow through
  • Ability to work independently and handle situations calmly

Nice to have

  • Previous security or customer service experience
  • First aid/CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
