Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and want to be the face of Hyundai’s Signature Dealer? Join PEI’s largest Hyundai dealership as a Service Advisor today, and help Experience Hyundai continue to ensure our customers are taken care of by being the primary point of contact for any maintenance or repairs.

Hourly Wage Range: $21.40-$25.70, Plus Performance Bonus

Your Day-to-Day:

• Welcome and assist customers by assessing vehicles, providing estimates, and coordinating appointments.
• Go the extra mile to provide top-notch customer service.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and respond with care and professionalism.
• Verify warranty and service coverage, ensuring customers understand their options clearly.
• Develop accurate service estimates, communicating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
• Prepare detailed repair orders - documenting vehicle symptoms, necessary services, and technician recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships by keeping customers informed throughout the service process.
• Keep up with any manufacturer training on an as need basis.

What you have to offer:

• 1+ year of previous customer service experience – automotive environment a plus!
• Customer-focused and personable with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-Oriented and organized
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
