Responsabilités:
- Fournir un soutien à distance et sur site pour les problèmes matériels, logiciels et réseaux des utilisateurs finaux
- Répondre aux demandes techniques et les résoudre selon les procédures de billets et les ententes de niveau de service (SLA)
- Offrir un service de qualité tout en prenant en charge les incidents et les demandes de service jusqu’à leur résolution complète
- Documenter tout le travail effectué dans le système de billetterie, conformément aux procédures établies
- Escalader les problèmes complexes à l’équipe d’escalade
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe afin d’améliorer continuellement les processus de soutien et la qualité du service offert
Exigences:
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en soutien informatique, idéalement dans un environnement de type MSP ou multi-clients
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais (essentiel)
- Expérience avec les serveurs, Microsoft 365 et les technologies réseau
- Capacité de se déplacer chez les clients au besoin (dans la région du Grand Montréal)
- Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et capacité d’expliquer des enjeux techniques en termes simples
Atouts:
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (cégep) ou universitaires dans un domaine pertinent
- Certifications en TI (CompTIA, CCNA, CCNP, NSE, ITIL, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site support for end-user hardware, software, and networking issues
- Respond to and resolve technical issues according to ticket procedures and SLAs
- Deliver high-quality support while taking full ownership of incidents and service requests until resolution
- Document all work completed in ticketing system as per procedures
- Escalate complex issues to our escalation team
- Coordinate with other team members to continuously improve support processes and service delivery
Must Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, preferably within an MSP or multi-client environment
- Bilingualism in French and English is a must
- Experience with servers, M365, and networking technologies
- Ability to travel to client sites when needed (within the Montreal area)
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms
A plus:
- Cegep or university degree in related fields
- IT Certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, CCNP, NSE, ITIL, etc.)
