Job Summary

Commercial NDS specializes in water, fire, sewer and oil spill emergency, cleaning & restoration after disaster. We are serving our clients 7 days a week 365 days a year. We have an extensive expertise and experience in our industry. We offer our customers, with our compassion, an efficient, fast and high quality service and work. We do our best to restore their home or business to its pre-disaster condition. Functional Summary This position, the labourer cleaner will have to perform a various janitorial duties, manual labour tasks and also perform duties in our clean team division such as car detailing, carpet cleaning, hood cleaning, etc. At this position you may work on different sites and crews doing a variety of jobs that require several skilled in different areas.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities of the skilled labour include, but are not limited to: * Clean up on emergency work site such as removed contaminated contents. * Clean up after construction, demolition and remediation. * Janitorial duties. * Inventory list i.e. items in one’s home after disaster. * Packing contents i.e. item in one’s home after disaster. * Assist in car detailing, carpet cleaning, hood cleaning and vents cleaning. * Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager or supervisor. Administrative duties * Complete paperwork as required such as timesheet, inventory list, invoicing, etc. Safety * Participate, accept, and adopt the principals described in the company safety program. * Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself or endanger the wellbeing of others. Teamwork * Participate as an integral member of the team, and contribute towards the success of the organization. * Collaborate with any employee, project teams on other special initiatives, as required. Requirements

• General labour and janitorial experience * Safety – First Aids * Driver license Class 5 * Security clearance, criminal record check Abilities * Ability to follow oral and written instruction * Manual dexterity * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. * Physical endurance * Have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines * Organization * Demonstrate initiative * Attention to detail * Safety conscience * Possess a positive “can do” attitude * Flexible and adaptive to change * Able to work independently or in a group.

Benefits Wage start at $18.00 up to 24.00$ depends on the experiences, knowledge and abilities. Insurance benefit available after the 3 month probation period. Positive working environment.
