Duties:

• Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Wash floors, vacuum, clean toilets, showers, tubs, etc.
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Attend to requests for extra supplies, etc., provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls, and ceiling
• Takes personal responsibility for equipment, ensuring it is operated correctly
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all chemicals and cleaning products, and the correct handling procedure
• All duties should be completed in a timely fashion with high attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail is an absolute must
• Must be able to work well on your own, respectful, courteous, trustworthy, reliable, confident, and punctual
• Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
• Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not necessary
• Open availability to work weekdays and weekends between the hours of 8am to 4pm
