Job Summary

Looking for a person to join my team to help with post reno cleaning, and maintaining the properties inside and out.

Post reno clean is a lot of hands and knees scrubbing, and a full house clean, windows. (normally three full days)

We do a part day after staging is completed full clean once the house is sold.

Bi weekly clean to a personal house

I supply all cleaning supplies

all houses are with Brantford

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough post reno cleans, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash liners to ensure continuous availability
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to cover all assigned areas efficiently
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
  • Maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal practices
  • Cleaning, cutting grass, watering the yards or plants, pulling weeds, cleaning/skimming pools.
