Peppers also includes Lemongrass Thai fare, where you can indulge in fresh, delicious Thai inspred cuisine. As a Line Cook, You Will

  • Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Clean kitchen and work area
  • Follow all operations policies and procedures
  • Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

  • Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
