Overview
Ecom Logistics is seeking reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Delivery Drivers to support package deliveries to residential and commercial locations in Owen Sound and nearby areas.

This role requires strong time management, route efficiency and physical stamina to meet scheduled delivery windows while consistently providing excellent customer service. Drivers will operate company vehicles, use delivery technology and represent Ecom Logistics professionally at all times.

Duties

  • Scan, sort, and load packages onto the delivery vehicle with 100% accuracy at the start of each shift
  • Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations following assigned routes
  • Use delivery applications and handheld devices to scan, track, and confirm deliveries in real time
  • Complete high-volume routes while maintaining delivery accuracy and quality standards
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service at all delivery locations
  • Perform basic vehicle safety checks and report any incidents, delays, or concerns promptly
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and road regulations

Requirements

This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety protocols and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service.

  • Valid G-class driver’s license (or equivalent)
  • Operate a sprinter/ courier van
  • Minimum 1 year of driving experience (delivery driver experience preferred)
  • Continuous walking, lifting, bending and entering/exiting the vehicle throughout the shift
  • Comfortable driving for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry packages (up to approx. 65 lbs)
  • Familiarity with delivery apps and GPS navigation
  • Must pass driver abstract and criminal background checks
