Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled 310G Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong motorcycle mechanical knowledge and experience in using both hand and power tools. This role is essential for maintaining and repairing various types of motorcycles and powersport equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Duties

  • Diagnose mechanical issues with motorcycles and recreational vehicles and determine necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire changes, brake inspections, brake flushes, and valve clearance checks.
  • Perform motorcycle safety inspections.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance.
  • Complete PDI's and accessory installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
  • Collaborate with other mechanics and team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven motorcycle mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • 310G Motorcycle Technician License.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
  • Experience with power tools including drills, tire machine and tire balancer
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
