Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Motor Grader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a grader to Build road, assist in construction, and material handling tasks. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and precision to ensure smooth operations. Prior experience with running a motor grader, road building, pad leveling highly desirable. The Grader Operator will play a vital role in maintaining productivity and supporting the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment such as a Motor Grader
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Assist with repairs or troubleshooting as needed to support equipment functionality.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during equipment operation to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery
  • Basic repair skills are a plus for troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy loads and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented approach to work tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Prior experience in construction, or industrial settings is advantageous.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
