Job Responsibilities

• Independently produce short-form video content optimized for social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, cultural moments, seasonal events, and emerging internet culture across North American and international markets.
• Research user behaviors and identify opportunities to turn trending content into scalable AI templates.
• Design AI-powered image and video templates, including creative concepts, prompt engineering, style exploration, and quality optimization.
• Translate viral content, memes, aesthetics, and cultural references into reusable AI creative assets.
• Experiment with AI creative workflows to continuously improve template quality, consistency, and generation efficiency.
• Analyze template performance using user feedback and data insights, and iterate based on product metrics.
• Build and document creative best practices, prompt libraries, and localization playbooks for future template development.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and AI teams to deliver high-quality localized creative experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (Design, Digital Media, Interactive Design, Multimedia, Fine Ats, Marketing, Communication etc.) or post-secondary diploma in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of North American culture, internet communities, and digital content trends.
• Passion for AI-generated content, creative technology, and emerging generative AI tools.
• Excellent creative thinking with the ability to identify visual trends and transform ideas into engaging AI experiences.
• Experience writing and refining prompts for AI image or video generation.
• Good visual design sense, including composition, color, typography, aesthetics, and social-first content creation.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Preferred Experience

• AI image or video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, Veo, ComfyUI)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software
• Prompt engineering or AI workflow optimization
• Social media content creation or digital marketing
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Reddit, or other creator platforms
• Familiarity with localization, international markets, or multicultural content strategies
• Experience in AI template design, creator economy products, or creative automation

Portfolio Requirements

Please include a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

· Visual design projects

· Social media campaigns or content

· Creative concept presentations

· Before-and-after optimization examples demonstrating prompt iteration or workflow improvements
