Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk and Housekeeping Associate at KILLAM KROSSING HOTEL, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs while maintaining pristine cleanliness throughout the property. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help deliver an exceptional guest experience, fostering comfort and satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing efficient check-in and check-out services with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly, offering helpful information about amenities and local attractions
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces through thorough cleaning and sanitation practices
  • Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs
  • Perform routine inspections of rooms and common areas to uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules, special requests, and maintenance issues
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly to promote a clean and healthy environment

Experience

  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
  • Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (ROOM MASTER)
