Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Autobody Installer to join our Tesla Certified Collision Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing, installing, fitting, and aligning vehicle body components while maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Remove and install body panels, bumpers, trim, moldings, lighting, mirrors, glass, and other vehicle components.
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for collision repairs.
  • Fit and align replacement parts to manufacturer and OEM specifications.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure proper fit, finish, and functionality.
  • Follow OEM repair procedures, including Tesla repair standards.
  • Work closely with body technicians, painters, estimators, and production staff to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Properly care for tools, equipment, and customer vehicles.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in autobody installation or collision repair.
  • Experience working in a collision repair facility.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body construction and repair procedures.
  • Ability to safely use automotive hand and power tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with aluminum vehicle repairs or Tesla vehicles is an asset but not required.
