Job Overview

Join our dynamic mobile spa team as a Mobile Spa Nail Technician and Esthetician, where you’ll bring luxury beauty services directly to our clients’ locations. This energetic role allows you to showcase your expertise in nail care, skincare, and beauty treatments while providing exceptional guest experiences in a flexible, on-the-go environment. Your passion for enhancing natural beauty combined with excellent customer service skills will help clients feel pampered and confident wherever they are.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements in clients’ homes or designated locations.
  • Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort.
  • Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations for skincare or retail products.
  • Demonstrate product demos and upsell beauty products or packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Promote a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding guest services and ensuring every client feels valued and relaxed.

Experience

  • Prior experience in nail care, esthetics, or related beauty services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in personal care treatments.
  • Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in various locations while managing appointments efficiently.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and hospitality that drives exceptional guest experiences.
