Full job description

Boonstra Ltd. is looking for a candidate that has experience of at least 1 year working with concrete. Our work consists of mainly residential and some commercial jobs including basements, sidewalks, curbs, floors of all sizes, garage pads and decorative custom work.

Responsibilities:

  • Placing and finishing concrete using hand tools and mechanical equipment
  • Setting up formwork according to specifications using various equipment
  • Additional labor related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Physically capable of doing labor-intensive work for at least 8 hours outdoors
  • Punctuality
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Valid class 5 drivers license, class 3 is an asset

*Hourly wage is dependent on experience

Full time hours: 40 hours per week, with high possibility of overtime. Pay is dependent on experience
