Job Overview

Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Marketing will lead the company's marketing strategy across North America, driving brand growth, customer engagement, product marketing, and demand generation. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented marketing leader who can translate business objectives into measurable results while remaining hands-on in execution.

You'll play a key role in strengthening our brand, supporting business growth, developing marketing initiatives that expand market presence, and identifying new opportunities. From product launches and brand development to digital marketing and demand generation, you'll have the opportunity to influence our marketing direction and make a measurable impact on the business.

What We're Looking For

1. Channel Marketing Leadership – Developing marketing strategies and programs that strengthen partner relationships, support business growth, and expand market presence.

2. Brand Strategy & Positioning – Building and strengthening brands that increase market awareness and support long-term business growth.

3. Product Launch Leadership – Successfully planning and executing new product launches from concept through commercialization.

4. Demand Generation & Customer Engagement – Developing integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and support revenue growth.

5. Data-Driven Marketing & ROI Measurement – Using analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy to support business growth across North America.
  • Own the annual marketing plan, ensuring initiatives align with corporate objectives and revenue goals.
  • Own the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Develop channel marketing strategies and programs that strengthen partner relationships, support business growth, and expand market presence.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Lead new product launches, coordinating marketing activities from planning through commercialization.
  • Lead digital marketing, marketing communications, public relations, and integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
  • Oversee the creation of product catalogues, sales support materials, website content, digital assets, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to develop programs and campaigns that generate new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance through KPIs, analyze results, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, customer insights, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing suppliers.
  • Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to the President and senior leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth.
  • Proven experience developing channel marketing strategies that support business growth and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leading successful product launches and managing the marketing lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success creating demand generation programs and customer engagement initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources strategically.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
