Are you a true go-getter with a passion for building relationships and driving results? Reid & Wright Advertising RD Ltd is looking for a dynamic, highly driven Sales Representative to join our team and help businesses stand out through impactful outdoor advertising in the Red Deer area.

From striking benches and transit shelters to bus ads and park facilities, we offer high-visibility solutions that connect local brands with their communities - and we need your help to expand our impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing clients
  • Sell outdoor advertising solutions including billboards, benches, bus ads, and transit shelters, etc.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations to business owners and marketing teams
  • Build long-term relationships through excellent client service and follow-up
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

  • A motivated go-getter who thrives on finding new business and closing deals
  • Great computer skills (you are tech-savvy, comfortable putting together digital presentations, and easily navigate sales software/CRM tools)
  • Proven sales experience (advertising/media sales is a strong asset)
  • Knowledge of the Red Deer business community
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
