Simplified is seeking an entry-level Entry Level Business Manager to join our team. In this role, the Entry Level Business Manager will have the opportunity to develop essential skills in customer support, develop their sales expertise, and develop business strategies that drive sales success for our clients.

As an Entry Level Business Manager, you will connect with customers to discuss high-quality home internet solutions and guide them toward informed decisions. With product familiarization and practice, the Entry Level Business Manager will develop communication abilities, develop customer-first sales techniques, and gain growth within business development.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Business Manager

  • Merge local marketing insight with selling to position our telecom partners as the neighbourhood standard that drives acquisition and closes sales confidently.
  • Use community data to personalize in-person conversations, making sales outreach feel relevant and household aware.
  • Turn promotions into sales opportunities by highlighting reliability in ways that feel personal and drive loyal adoption.
  • Manage the journey from first hello to activation, ensuring every face-to-face touchpoint supports confident sales progression.
  • Build company advocacy by celebrating household milestones like faster streaming, turning satisfied users into organic sales amplifiers.
  • Partner with sales teams to align with company messaging, ensuring consistent sales conversations that boost neighbourhood adoption.

Minimum Qualifications of the Entry-Level Business Manager

  • Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in simple, relatable terms.
  • Accuracy when entering customer details, processing transactions, and maintaining service records.
  • Professional, approachable presence suited for high-volume customer interactions.
  • Eager to grow from an entry-level role as an Entry Level Business Manager
  • Must be atleast 18 years old to work in the telecom industry
