Job Summary

Bryson Enterprise is a retail store in Groceries, Confectionary, Hardware and Lumber . Operating since 2013 in Fond Du Lac, Sk. We are seeking a versatile and reliable Clerk/Stocker/Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills and experience in retail sales or food service are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and team communication. The Clerk/Stocker/Food Service Worker plays a vital role in creating an inviting shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean and well-stocked store.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain proper product displays following merchandising standards
  • Organize merchandise displays to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
  • Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and signage
  • Operate cash registers and handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store, including cleaning shelves, work areas, and food service stations
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good condition
  • Support food service operations by preparing and serving food items while adhering to safety standards
  • Serve confectionary which includes cappuccino , slush, nachos and donuts.
  • Manage inventory levels by receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and conducting regular stock checks
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and improve store operations
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in all aspects of stock/food handling and store maintenance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, stocking, or food service is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
  • Knowledge of merchandising techniques and store organization best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining stock levels, store presentation and cleanliness
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
  • Basic cleaning skills to ensure the store remains tidy and inviting
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $2,600.00 per month
