Duties
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming clothing shipments using proper inventory procedures and equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory counts and merchandising updates
- Ensure clothing displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards
- Assist customers with inquiries related to clothing stock, sizes, and availability, providing excellent customer service
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of stock areas to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Operate cash registers for transactions related to clothing purchases and returns with precision
- Support store maintenance tasks including shelving, labeling, and replenishing merchandise to ensure a seamless shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or stock management is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and keep stock areas tidy
- Basic cleaning skills to maintain a safe and inviting environment for staff and shoppers
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
