Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and physically fit General Merchandise Associate to provide excellent customer service, maintain and zone merchandise areas, and assist with stocking and sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service and assist with product selection in departments like apparel, home, toys, electronics, and more
- Stock, organize, and merchandise shelves and displays to company standards
- Unpack, sort, rotate, and replenish merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Complete modular sets and product protection as needed
- Handle returns, damages, and overstock appropriately
- Communicate with team members to maintain floor coverage and achieve goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $17.75 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Temiskaming Shores, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
