About the Role

Remington Medical Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Development Representative (CDR) to support and grow our business-to-business (B2B) inside sales efforts. In this role, you will work with healthcare professionals such as physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and medical offices across Canada to manage product inquiries, process sales orders, and develop repeat business opportunities. You'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the Canadian healthcare market by providing access to innovative products that support faster patient recovery.

The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-oriented, and thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment. You’ll be engaging directly with healthcare professionals to generate leads, convert opportunities, and build long-term customer loyalty through exceptional communication and product knowledge.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries, identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospect and develop new business opportunities through all channels, leveraging CRM
  • Introduce new products and services to educate customers on features and application
  • Nurture customer relationships and follow-up with opportunities as a trusted advisor
  • Ensure accuracy in both quotes and order processing to deliver a reliable and positive customer experience
  • Resolve escalations by actively listening, understanding customer’s needs, and delivering prompt, effective solutions
  • Update and maintain CRM data, track pipeline activity, and report progress

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales and customer service experience
  • Post-secondary education required; a background in kinesiology, health sciences, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, French is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Self-driven and passionate about personal learning, training and ongoing development
