Stockroom Clerk

What you’ll do:

  • Perform incoming receiving inspections in accordance with quality procedures

  • Receive and record parts and materials into inventory systems

  • Issue parts and materials to work orders and sales orders based on requests

  • Process incoming and outgoing piece parts following detailed work instructions (DWIs)

  • Operate forklifts to handle deliveries and shipments safely and efficiently

  • Process rework parts and ensure proper documentation and tracking

  • Conduct inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and submit findings for approval

  • Complete administrative tasks to support stockroom and operational efficiency

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and assigned areas

  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ year of experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping, or inventory management.

  • 1+ year of experience using inventory systems or basic computer applications (e.g., data entry, tracking)

  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs ., with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Valid forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
