Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Salesman. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and assisting customers in selecting the right parts for their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone/text
  • Identify and source the correct parts for customer needs
  • Create invoices and process sales
  • Manage inventory and help organize the parts yard and shop
  • Respond to Facebook Marketplace and online inquiries
  • Work closely with the service shop to coordinate parts for repairs
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service

What We're Looking For

  • Automotive or truck knowledge is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
