Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) logistique opérationnel(le) pour soutenir un client 3PL. Le rôle implique la coordination du transport, la gestion des transporteurs et la résolution de problèmes en temps réel.

Durée: Mai 2026 (possibilité de prolongation)
Horaire: Lundi au vendredi, 8h30 à 17h00

Responsabilités principales

  • Coordonner les expéditions avec des transporteurs externes
  • Agir comme courtier en transport pour les clients
  • Dispatcher les livraisons locales
  • Suivre les expéditions et résoudre les problèmes
  • Négocier les tarifs de transport
  • Maintenir les données à jour dans les systèmes

Compétences et aptitudes :

  • Grande attention aux détails.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
  • Capacité à utiliser les équipements d’entrepôt.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication.
  • Bonne condition physique pour soulever et déplacer des objets lourds.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.

Exigences

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en logistique ou transport
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Bilingue (français et anglais)

Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to support a global 3PL client. This role focuses on freight coordination, carrier management, and real-time problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Duration: May 2026 (with potential extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate freight shipments with external carriers
  • Act as a freight broker for assigned clients
  • Dispatch local deliveries to internal fleet
  • Track shipments and resolve issues proactively
  • Negotiate transportation rates when required
  • Maintain accurate records and system updates

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical fitness for lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in logistics, dispatch, or freight brokerage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual (French & English)

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
