Days Inn by Wyndham Redwater looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist Position ASAP.

Experiences are assets but we are willing to train as well.

You will be required to:

1. Accommodate hotel guests on regular basis (helping them connect to wireless internet, set tv channels, control the AC panels, etc.)

2. Operate hotel reservation system such as SynXis and Visual Matrix

3. Operate Microsoft Excel and Word.

4. Clean the front desk area and kitchen area when necessary.

5. Seldomly help housekeepers to fold bedsheets and towels.

6. Closing and locking the pool area, kitchen area and housekeeping room for safety.

Your shift will be either 7 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM depending on the schedule and you will be asked to work the weekends.

The work hour will be at least 30 hours a week, and most likely 40 hours.

That is why we are looking for people who are flexible in terms of the schedule.

Lastly, if we decide to hire you, we will be under 3-month probation.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
