Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a passion for customer service. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, managing property listings, and providing exceptional support to 2 top producing team members.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Assist in preparing property listings, marketing materials, and promotional content.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Manage property management tasks, including coordinating maintenance requests and tenant communications.
  • Conduct market research to assist in pricing strategies and competitive analysis.
  • Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Support negotiations between buyers and sellers as needed, facilitating clear communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative role; experience in real estate is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using Top Producer CRM -real estate software and tools; familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
