Your place in our story

The Market Research Analyst is a key member of the Investment team, providing in-depth research and data-driven insights on market, demographic, and economic conditions within the multi-residential rental industry. Your insights help shape investment decisions by evaluating competitors, rental trends, and product offerings to identify opportunities for growth.


Here’s how you’ll contribute

  • Conduct in-depth research on rental rates, incentives, demographic shifts, economic indicators, and competitive property offerings.

  • Analyze market conditions and translate findings into actionable insights for acquisitions and development opportunities.

  • Prepare clear, concise reports summarizing market intelligence and competitor activity.

  • Develop data-driven revenue assumptions to support investment underwriting and opportunity evaluation.

  • Monitor industry trends and acquisition activity across key growth markets using internal and external data sources.

  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify key market themes such as rent growth, supply trends, and demand shifts.

  • Contribute to acquisition and development summaries, including investment recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support shared objectives.

  • Support team initiatives and additional projects as needed.


What you bring to the team

  • A university degree or college diploma in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Access and SAP/Yardi is a plus.

  • Analytical skills: Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities independently.

  • Sound judgment, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel and access to a vehicle.


Hiring pay range rate:
70,000 - 75,000
