We provide hands-on training, clear expectations, and opportunities to advance quickly.

• Starting: $18/hour with full training.
• First 30–60 days: Opportunity to advance to $19–$20/hour.
• Within 90 days: Opportunity to reach $20–$21/hour by demonstrating mastery of your responsibilities.
• Exceptional performers: $22+/hour possible with advanced skills and additional responsibility.

We also believe in promoting from within. Future opportunities may include team leadership and clinic management positions earning $24–$32/hour, depending on responsibilities and available positions.

Raises and promotions are based on demonstrated competency and performance, not automatically guaranteed.

What you'll do

We're a busy, high-volume healthcare clinic. Our front desk does much more than answer phones.

You'll learn to:

• Welcome patients and make them feel genuinely cared for.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Help coordinate patients' appointments and planned services.
• Learn billing, insurance, payments, and office systems.
• Work closely with doctors and teammates.
• Solve problems and keep the clinic running smoothly.
• Follow through on tasks and help make the patient experience better every day.

No previous healthcare or reception experience required. Training provided.
