Duties

  • Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable services, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience
  • Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
  • Educate clients on nail health, maintenance tips, and available treatments to foster trust and loyalty
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques to ensure client safety
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
  • Ability to perform body waxing services (nice-to-have) to offer comprehensive beauty solutions
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell retail products confidently
  • Passion for customer service with a lively, energetic approach that makes clients feel valued
