Metro Ford Sales Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds lasting customer relationships, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional purchase experience. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Sales team while maximizing finance and aftermarket opportunities through ethical, customer-focused selling.

What You'll Do

  • Present and sell finance and lease options to customers.
  • Offer and explain extended service contracts, mechanical breakdown protection, GAP coverage, credit insurance, and other aftermarket products.
  • Educate customers on financing options and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Submit finance applications accurately to lenders and financial institutions to secure approvals.
  • Prepare and complete all required documentation related to vehicle sales, financing, leasing, registration, funding, and delivery.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, provincial, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirements.
  • Consistently achieve monthly volume, product penetration, and gross profit objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of service contract and aftermarket product penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, manufacturer finance companies, and third-party vendors.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer incentives, finance programs, leasing options, warranties, and industry changes.
  • Attend manufacturer and dealership training as required.
  • Follow all dealership policies, procedures, AMVIC regulations, and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager.
  • AMVIC License (or ability to obtain licensing).
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance, leasing, lender guidelines, and aftermarket products.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong computer and dealership management system experience.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
