Job Duties Description:
- Use product knowledge and communication skills to recommend and sell tours suitable to the individual needs of each customer
- Liaise with all clients and guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Accept reservations and answer customer inquiries over phone, online, email and in-person
- Welcome and assist guests checking in for tours
- Dispatching of daily tours
- Perform daily cash-out and reconciliation duties with high level of accuracy
- Undertake general administration tasks and related duties as required
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
