We are looking for a confident and experienced Seamstress /Tailor to join our team and work in a fun and fast paced environment.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled individual passionate about garment alteration, sewing, and customer care. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers not only feel and look great but also feel confident in their clothing by providing quality alterations in a timely manner, honoring the Company’s promise of delivering quality alterations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sewing production on time and under Company standards.

  • Continuously learns new alterations’ techniques and uses strengths to train other team members.

  • Work towards keeping and improving production quality.

  • Quality Focus- All items worked on are of best quality, ensuring a limited number of redoes.

  • Delivers exceptional customer service.
