Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician team member to join our company. The ideal candidate will assist to maintain the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our production line. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance on bottling production lines - Maintain machinery and equipment to meet production targets - ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area post maintenance - Follow food safety protocols during all stages of production - Utilize forklifts for material handling as needed. Wage range starting from $35.00 to $38.00/per hour

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance on bottling lines (filling, capping, labeling, conveyors, etc.)

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

· Perform preventive maintenance (PM) based on schedule

· Document all maintenance work performed (logs, checklists)

· Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime

· Assist with installations, line changeovers, and equipment upgrades

· Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards

Required Skills & Experience

· Must-Haves:

· 1–5 years of experience in industrial or food/beverage equipment maintenance

· Strong mechanical skills (motors, pumps, belts, drives)

· Basic electrical knowledge (sensors, relays, control panels)

· Experience with bottling/filling lines a major plus (e.g., Krones, Sidel, Sipa, etc.)

· Familiarity with lockout/tagout (LOTO), GMPs, and 5S / lean maintenance

· Able to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics

Preferred but Not Required:

· PLC troubleshooting (basic input/output level)

· Welding or fabrication skills

· Forklift certification

· Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

Key Soft Skills

· Quick problem-solving under pressure

· Good communicator with production teams

· Organized and safety-conscious

· Self-motivated and reliable for off-shifts / weekend support
